Who we are
Do Not Text Them Tonight is a digital product available at donttextthemtonight.com. We sell a single PDF workbook to help people through no-contact periods after a breakup.
What we collect
When you purchase through our checkout provider (Stripe), they collect the information necessary to process your payment — your name, email address, and payment details. We receive your email address and purchase confirmation so we can deliver your PDF.
We do not operate accounts, we do not store passwords, and we do not build a database of your personal details beyond what is needed to fulfill your order.
If you contact us directly via email, we may keep a record of that correspondence to help resolve your issue.
How we use your information
- To deliver your PDF workbook after purchase
- To process refund requests under our 7-day guarantee
- To respond to support inquiries you send us
- To send a one-time order confirmation email
That's it. We do not send marketing emails, newsletters, or promotional messages unless you explicitly opt in to something in the future (which we'll make clear at that point).
Cookies & tracking
Our site may use minimal analytics (such as page view counts) to understand how people find us. This data is aggregated and anonymous — it doesn't identify you personally. We do not use advertising tracking pixels or retargeting cookies.
Stripe, our payment processor, sets cookies as part of their secure checkout flow. You can review Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Third-party services
We use the following third parties to run this business:
- Stripe — payment processing. Your payment data is handled entirely by them under their own privacy and security standards.
- GitHub Pages — website hosting. Our site files live on GitHub's servers.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone else.
Data retention
Stripe retains transaction records in accordance with their own policies and applicable law. Any email correspondence we have with you is kept only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the matter.
Your rights
You have the right to ask us what data we hold about you, to request a copy of it, or to ask us to delete it (to the extent we control it — some data is held by Stripe under their own obligations). To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@donttextthemtonight.com.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top. We won't email you about it unless required to do so by law.
